Great service. Brad was very organised, good clear communication. Problem with Macbook Air fixed quickly. Excellent in ensuring limited contact, sanitation etc, seemed very safe. Would highly recommend.

I took my laptop to be repaired and after the diagnosis they told me it would be $1600. I refused to pay that outrageous price and decided to go to another reputable place where they charged me $300. My laptop is back to normal and I am happy I did not waste my money. Be careful with this company and do not settle

Extremely over priced, got charged 100 bucks only to diagnose the problem, after they said it was about my ssd, the options they gave me, other than 100 bucks for labour, were actually way higher than normal! Careful! The guy that I saw first was ok but when I went for the pickup there was another guy which was very rude.

The service was great and the store felt safe. The person who helped me was very courteous, knowledgeable, answered every questions I had, and helped solve the immediate issue. I definitely recommend this place.

Incredibly over priced for absolutely nothing. They charge an $85 diagnostic fee that is taxed so $96. They also wanted to charge $790 to fix an issue that costs $300 elsewhere. Total rip off. Go elsewhere.
