If I could have left a 0 star rating, I would have. In a very stressful, daunting time of my life I turned to MNP. I’ve had the most terrible, frustrating experience to the point it has caused more stress to my life than prior to dealing with them. I don’t feel I received the proper support, and when asking questions, looking for answers regarding my file and my finances, I’m met with a most deplorable attitude from two employees in particular who I will not name here but one of them being one of the head people to deal with at the MNP office in St. John’s. i had no idea prior to this how bankruptcy truly worked and after a year+, still have no idea even though MNP is my licensed solvency trustee. I undoubtedly regret my decision in choosing MNP and would recommend others to go elsewhere in times of desperation and crisis when it comes to your financial burdens.
Phenomenonal service. Their team helped me figure out what solution was best for my situation, and proceeded to guide me through every step of the process. What could have been a very daunting experience was made so much less so with their help and understanding. Very very very highly recommend. And just gotta say, Kerry is a rockstar!
I have dealt with White + Abbott for over 4 years in my current position, i find them extremely professional in all our interactions. They respond promptly to all inquiries and have been a valuable source of information to the company.
