The Customer service is disgusting & awful. They sent you an email asking money for their customers but when you call them, they never answer and never return your call when you leave them a voicemail. I got into an argument with their Customer Service agent because she called me and she didn't know what the collection was for. She never listened to what I had to say and hanged up the phone on me. I called back 3 times and left 2 voicemail messages and never heard back from them. I STRONGLY DON'T SUGGEST ANYONE ANSWERING THEIR CALLS AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST THE COMPANIES & BUSINESS NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH MJR. They are the worst collection agency ever. I've never seen such an incompetent and disrespectful agency. To all the companies & Business's, please don't do any business with MJR because you will never get your money from your customers.

Contacted my mother without any authorization from myself. Just a scummy, and dirty way to get in contact with a person for repayment of a loan/debt who is going through a tough time, financially-speaking.

Absolute scam of a "company" multiple robo calls a day for debt that doesn't exist

Scam . Daily calls and harassment. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau !

Not an "auto shop". Harassing me everyday of the week except on Sundays. I can get anywhere from 4 to 12 calls a day from them. Also, when I answered them and they asked for X name, I asked who I was talking too and they would not tell me

Didnt divulge they were a company and asked personal questions without divulging their identity after I was said person. That is illegal and they should update their practices.

You keep harassing me daily and don't even realize you have the wrong person.. Stop. I'm getting especially fed up, waking me up at 5AM with a call? Disgusting.

Is this fake ? Keep getting voicemails and yet I can never reach back ! LOL
