Garage Etoile

I am not sure where this last negative comment is coming from. Im not sure what religion has to do with a garage but i have always been so well treated at this garage that i find the comment below so misplaced. I have been going to this garage for the longest time. I have always felt so welcome and the service they offer is top notch. I have never been disappointed. They explain me the issue on the car and what needs to be fixed. Prices are beyond reasonable. I suggest to anyone to come here. I drive from Montreal to come and service my car here.

Amazing and polite individuals. Very fair prices. Had to change two tires (first snow storm) and they took me right away. Man offered me tea and coffee because it was freezing outside. Will definitely be coming back.

My car broke down due to a broken axel. It was getting close to 5pm closing time, so I called to see if they would still take me. The man on the phone was willing to wait for me until I got there. Next day they called early and let me kow the price before starting the job. $220 for new axel and labour. Very good service and I did not experience anything but respect, so not sure where some of the other such comments are stemming from. (This is Matthew’s wife)

Totally unprofessional. Spoke to my wife like she was a dog spoke to me like i was An infidel. I had made a 1pm appointment to change two tires which takes ten minutes tops and they refused to do it until the mechanic had finished his engine work on another car. If you can't be available for an appointment you make, it's not the clients fault. Maybe they do good work but they don't deserve the clientel rudest people I've ever encountered at a garage. Not to mention when people come in you should stop eating sunflower seeds and spitting them all over the floor. Highly unrecommended. Maybe if you are a Muslim they treat you better who knows.

Usually, from my experience, you can't really trust mechanics because almost all of them try to somehow screw you. But the mechanics at Garage Etoile are 100% trustworthy & honest. Especially John. Mark my words: you can't find a more honest mechanic than John and his team. I guarantee you. Been coming here for 5 years now and like always, great service and always on time with the appointment I take with them. Can't ask for more.
