I've Been with MFCU for about two years now. I love them!! I was able to get a credit card to build my credit as well as a loan to help fix my past credit issues. some times there is a bit of a wait to be seen in the lobby, however its fine with me its nice inside the brooks street branch. I have always found everyone to be friendly and professional. I am so glad I choose to bank with them!!

Ive been with Missoula fed since I was 16, I'm now 20 and am getting incredibly fed up by their behavior I had a late loan payment which I told the loan officer I would be paying by the 30th as you can see today is the 28th and I've been sitting in my car for 10 minutes at the drive thru tellers waiting for them to withdraw money because they froze my account early. I am switching banks effective immediately. I've put up with them drawing out money they shouldn't, holding my money for extended periods of time, and even freezing my account before a pre-agreed due date. Update as I sit here they won't let me get my money out I am done!

I only signed up for this bank since it was local and most of my family uses them. I can see why this is a local bank and in my opinion should stay so. I've barely been with this bank for that long and more than three times I've had to contact them for "ACH Fees" which is basically if your account doesn't have the money for a checking transfer that isn't authorized. They charge you money lol. They literally take money from your account daily to make it harder to pay your bills or have any money at all. What's even better is they charge a $25 to have it removed as well. Then threaten they won't refund it again. I've had plenty of banks, never this kind of issue. American Express doesn't even pull this kind of thing. They could also be open more. It makes things extremely difficult to plan or ever get a clear answer when you're closed during weekends. I'm amazed they have customers at all. As I mentioned earlier, I'm starting to see the reason why bigger companies stay in business and local companies usually end up shut down. I'll continue to fly for a while and see how it goes. But I will be in search of another bank to do proper business with. Probably First Security or First Interstate. Not one that likes to steal money from me for actions out of my control. Regardless of the legality.

My incredible banking experience began in 2006 when Mary, Ryan and many others at the UM branch brightened my day each time I came in. It continued when I worked with Ginnie and other MFCU staff members throughout the community and saw them shouldering important community efforts. Now, tonight, my incredible banking experience continues with David who stayed late at work so we could surprise an employee with a new work vehicle. MFCU has a special place in my heart and continues to earn my business, and now both of my companies' business, through nearly every interaction where I am left feeling well-supported and confident in my choice of bank. Keep up the great work, MFCU. You guys ROCK!
