I like this credit union except for... I've had to replace my debit card twice due to fraud charges on my account over $100 its been over three weeks and the money hasn't been replaced in my account and I haven't received my new card yet. My first debit card I didn't receive in the mail for three months after opening my account. I had to go in and talk to them...turns out they forgot. I don't want to close my account with RFCU, but I'm thinking about due to the amount of fraud. Frustrating
Fourteen business days to replace a lost debit card. So, three weeks essentially. I had no idea I was using a bank from the Stone Age… pullin my money and changing banks asap.
