Best experience ever. First time having my cat at the vet. They did an amazing job explaining everything and making sure I understand since I was not sure of many things at first. Very affordable compared to other clinics. Amazing customer service and extremely reliable. Overall, great experience. Definitely recommend. Surgery went extremely well for my cat and he recovered just after a week.

I had a GREAT experience with this vet clinic! I took my kitten Jupiter to get spayed and the techs and the vet himself were VERY friendly, compassionate and understanding. Their prices are super reasonable. I have opted to switch vet clinics despite the fact that they are so far away from me. Thanks so much to all of you for making Jupiters operation so comfortable for both of us!

They did a great job on my miniature dachshund female. It's a bit of a drive for me so the doctor & I emailed back and forth many times and he called to check up on her a few times also. Was nice to see he cared so much. I paid the extra for laser surgery.

Attempted to rob me of 65$ for consultation after i refused to have bloodwork 220$ hidden fee done on my dog immediately after they said they would need it as my pet is already registered elsewhere and this is not necessary - though my visit was only to be a consultation which i was told would be free over the phone. They weighed my dog and used a Stethoscope to check for a heartbeat and that was all. Upon leaving; the girl at front came running after me as i stepped out to my car and proceeded to pressure 65$ dollars for practically nothing - Asking for payment for something that was originally agreed upon to be free. She proceeded to ask me for other payment options after i told her i did not have the money to pay for it. After realizing the conversation was going nowhere and that she wasnt going to get the money for this scam - Extremely unprofessionally stormed off and left it at that. As a precaution I sat outside for another 10 minutes in my car to make sure that she was not going to come back out or that the cops are going to be called and nothing. I strongly advise against using this office. This is by far the worst experience I've had with any vet or veterinary office.

Very professional and caring staff. I was very worried about getting my dog neutered but they did an excellent job. The healing was quick and the surgery incision was minimal. They also called on a few occasions to check on my puppy and I greatly appreciated this. Also, I searched for months for a clinic to do my puppy’s neuter. I called several vets in Mississauga and Toronto and prices ranged from $400- 1000 dollars. The clinic’s price was very fair and reasonably priced.

Took my cat here to get neutered and his first shots. They where friendly, knowledgeable and affordable.

Brought my dog here for neutering and it went smoothly ! The staff there were very informative and caring. The surgery itself was very affordable than most places and the healing process was about a 10-12 days !

Great clinic. Came here for my puppy’s neutering procedure. Everyone cares about the wellbeing of your pet from the receptionist to the doctor. Please keep it up. We need better vet clinics who care and still at affordable prices

Been going there for 30yrs. As well as my entire family and friends. Never had a problem. They make it affordable so anyone can get their pet spay or neutered. Thank you
