We are a full-service Veterinary Hospital providing Medical, Surgical & Dental Care for pets. Our patients include dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, & rodents.
The goal of each Veterinarian in our practice is to provide compassionate, high-quality, health care for our patients in a professional, friendly, and relaxed setting at a fair cost.
Established in 1991 by Dr. Hill, the practice is currently owned by Dr. Maggie Mak.

One of the best vet clinics. I take both of my cats here and they’re absolutely amazing, staff are very caring and understanding. The doctor is amazing!! They know exactly how to handle animals and comfort them.

Best Vet clinic, without question. Been their client for over 10 years. Never charged me for stuff I didn’t need. Gave options. Was understanding when making decisions on goodbyes. Trust their judgement 100%, which I don’t say lightly. Not just a good vet clinic, but overall good people… Seeing a lot of negative reviews about wait times etc. but mine were always reasonable over the past decade.. Ive brought cats and dogs over the years. Keeping in mind the current vet shortage, much like our human medical system..

They took great care with my very shy, nervous kitty. The vet Dr Mak I think and the technicians were all very professional and friendly. Stella was very glad to go home with a clean bill of health. Prices reasonable as well

Everyone in this clinic is extremely friendly and kind! Doctor Diong is so pleasant and everyone who assists her is a reflection of how caring and kind she is. Thank you for the loving care you provide to Emma and Charming. I absolutely recommend bringing your pets here, they will be very well taken care of. It is always such a wonderful experience. Unfortunately my experience here isn't as pleasant as other people. I went in for the consultation. 1. I had to wait about 20 min The appointment was at 4:45 but I could see the doctor after 5pm while my dog was shaking and scared to be in the hospital. 2. While I was waiting, which was after her appointment time, one of the nurses/assistants came out asking me what my previous vet's hospital name was so that they could find the email regarding my dog's medical history. This seems like not only were they not ready to examine my dog on time but shows the poor professionalism. 3. I meant to mention my dog's tail condition but it slipped away while I was talking to the vet about other stuff. I sent the photos to the hospital and asked whether the doctor can advise on that when the doctor calls me for the blood result. I find the time frame was reasonable to request this which was four days after the appointment and before getting the follow up call. It's not like a few weeks have passed after seeing the doctor.  However the response was that they can't determine by looking at the photo and I need to book another one and they need to charge it. I'm not blaming the doctor for not being able to assess through photos but aren't they supposed to examine thoroughly while they are doing the consultation? I thought the meaning and the purpose of the consultation was to look carefully at the entire body of the pet and tell the owner if there's any issues. And my dog's discoloration of the tail was pretty obvious and it was hard to miss it. However, they added that it's my responsibility to let the doctor know therefore, they need to charge the service once again.  I'm not sure this is how all other vet clinics are run but honestly I wasn't satisfied with my experience. I really had high hopes at this place but unfortunately it was disappointing.

I have been taking my dogs for over 7 years. The team has been knowledgeable, empathetic and efficient with all 3 of my dogs. I like the recent modernization upgrades they have added including an App for booking appointments. I know my pets are in safe hands with this clinic for years to come!

Usually this place is great, but not today. It's not the usual person working the front desk.  The customer before us left extremely upset because she had come in for some food on sale. The desk girl said it wasn't true. The customer left very upset.  It turned out she didn't know how to apply the discount, so she lied.  We called in to have our foot set aside. When we arrived,  the food had not been put aside, nor was it in stock.  We drove in from Toronto to be treated like this.

Great people and took care of our Zoey quickly. She's good now with her foot. Had a toenail removed. Everyone was helpful and really cared about our Zoey. Highly recommend this vet if you are in the area.

I called to book a appointment to get my dogs nail trimmed and to grab my updated invoice from my previous appointment they scheduled me to come in the next day at 6:45 and when i went in the one girl said she didn’t have time to do it as she was about to do another dogs nails and when i went to grab the updated invoice they said they had ready for me the girl couldn’t update it and told me to come in Saturday for a nail trim and the invoice. Im pretty annoyed as i booked appointment and they told me to come in?? Why tell me to come in if you couldnt do anything for me Pretty ridiculous then one vet  made a comment saying I remember your dog he got me so hairy last time? Lol do better i wont be coming back
