Always the right choice! Excellent burgers and gourmet pizza choices. But the fries — the sweet potato fries are some of the best in the area. Service was excellent for our group of 10. Huge funky rustic space. And the beers! Don’t forget they brew their own variety of lagers, sours, etc!
First time here and it did not disappoint. Group of 6 of us went for dinner and drinks. Hannah was an awesome server. She had us laughing and enjoying the experience right from the start. The Blue Hawaiian drink was delicious. The radlers and beer went down smooth as well. The burgers....the BURGERS were amazing! So juicy and tender. Gotta have a widemouth to get them down but so worth it. One burger was a bean burger and it was crisp and yummy. I had the garden pizza minus the yams and added chicken and it was sooooo good. The wings were salt and pepper and could've used more salt and pepper but they still tasted good. Unique atmosphere and cool things to look at no matter which direction your eyes wandered.
Best pulled pork nachos I’ve ever had. Pulled pork was delicious and the nachos had a very generous portion of cheese Dry ribs were very good and the bbq sauce is The key lime ale was one of my favourites. Can’t wait to come back.
Food delicious and flavorful. What wasn't clear to me until we mistakenly found ourselves outside in the..... smoking area. Quite an unpleasant shock. Would like some smoke with your salad? OK my large mistake. We are keen to come again, just not in the smoke cough cough area.
Considering the drive to get out there and the atmosphere, the prices were a little steep at an average of $20 per person for a simple burger and fries. I had the Mushroom Swiss burger and it was okay. Wasn’t a big fan of the slivered mushrooms to be honest. My meal aside, some of my friends had some pretty wild-looking meals, like the Sweet Chili Chicken and Nachos, which they seemed to enjoy. The restaurant makes their own root beer, which was pretty good. Not comparable to A&W, but enjoyable. We were also visited a couple times by the resident card magician. His magic was flawless and fun. The ambience was okay. Definitely rustic pub, which again makes me question the pricing. If you don’t mind spending a small fortune on the food, it might be worth a night out.
How did I live in Mission for the last few years and not know about this place! I've been buying their Peach Radler beer from my local liquor store this whole time, but dang is it amazing on tap This is our Beers and Burgers spot. Although admittedly, I go there for the pizza. Spicy mushroom pizza is great. The dough is high quality and cooked stone oven style. The Garden Veggie is also good but with the crazy fast cooking time leaves the plentiful veggies a little under-cooked in my opinion. The burgers are phenomenal. I have tried the Hawaiian and my boyfriend has had both the 57 Chevy and the Diablo. The 57 Chevy was pretty great but the Diablo is a work of burger art. So freaking good and the perfect blend of toppings. The pickle spears are perfectly done and I suspect they make their own pickles. Spinach and Artichoke dip is very good but a small portion with a ton of chips. The Chocolate Chip Cookie dessert is so so good. Warm and perfect. And then there is the beer. I'm a radler kind of person so there are a ton of choices and I recommend the flight to try a bunch. The lemon radler may reign Supreme though. Also the happy hour special beer so that is handy. Boyfriend has tried both the McLennans Scotch Ale and the Red Ale and loved then both. If you like dark beers, the Scotch Ale is great for you. The Vibe is chill and the servers are excellent. The decor is a wild mix of antiques and animal heads but the perfect environment to sip beer. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian pizzas to choose from and they will easily alter the ones they make by removing meat by request.
This is a must stop for any food cravings! My favorite drink is the mermaid water, the wings are so good, and the pizza is hands down the best I have ever had. The staff are always so welcoming and they work so hard and make you feel like family no matter how busy the night is. The entire vibe of the restaurant and pub is something special. I will always come here. Excellent patios too.
Delicious. Left very full. The waiter was proud of the two of us for finishing the whole thing Also the decorations are so fun. There are literal cars, bikes, and eclectic items used as decor in the ceilings, walls, and tables. Some of the tables have decorative items inside them, seen through plastic.
I found the food snd beer lougheed lager at Mission Springs to be great. I had the Sweet Chili Chicken Gourmet Fries. Our server Christa really quick and friendly service. Prices were reasonable and large portions. A great experience.
I just wanted to thank everyone at the springs for helping celebrate Alec and making the entire day a huge success. Although we all wish we were there celebrating something else it was as good as it could be. The staff working were amazing and did such a great job and everyone was so accommodating and helped us in any way they could. All the food was also delicious. Thanks as well to the staff that was off shift and came together to celebrate a good man. It was really special meeting all the wonderful regulars that knew and loved Alec and had a beautiful photo framed and signed for us. Alec loved the springs and we couldn’t of pictured having his celebration anywhere else, so just a huge thanks to everyone for making it a day he would of loved.
