After placing an online order for takeout, it said it would be ready at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and they had not even started it despite being mostly empty. 30 minutes later it was ready they labeled nothing, not the dips or pastas, and they forgot an item. After calling I was told the best they can do is offer a dine in only voucher for the forgotten item. Do not order from here they are useless
My New Favorite Boston Pizza. Becca was our server and we were treated so great! Excellent service the food was also great and it all came together. Great big t.vs to watch the hockey game. Will definitely be back. Kid-friendliness: Kid menu is great plus they get activity booklet to keep busy.
We had a pleasant lunch at BP today. They were very clean and quiet and our server was masked and very polite. I had order the soup of the day but wasn't really a fan, but this was on me not them as I just didn't care for the type of soup. Even so, the waitress took it off our bill without us even asking. The Bandera bread was the best I've had in ages, fresh and tasty as can be
The last two times we've had dinner here there has been this smell that hits me as soon as I walk in the door. I can only describe it as fried cheese and body odour. One time there was a party going on for some sports team and they absolutely stank the place up. Like so bad my wife and I had to leave shortly after being seated. The second time was just a general stink in the air, mildly unpleasant but we were able to eat dinner. The food is always good and the staff is friendly although the poor waitress seemed especially overworked and it was tough to get service after our initial food order.
Sat our group of 4 very quickly and had excellent service! Our waitress Emily was incredible and put up with us for almost 3 hours. She was so friendly and accommodated our needs wonderfully. Brought us extra plates to share appys and always made sure we were getting what we needed <3 Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
I think the picture says it all, How does one allow completely burnt cactus cuts to go out?
Bad service. I stayed this restaurant an hour and none of server showed up. I saw some servers was having their time at the back. Owner or Manger should train servers how to greet the customers. Very disappointed. Do not expect good service this franchise restaurant.
Hands down most professional restaurant in the fraser valley. The servers will always greet you with a smile and service a king would appreciate and cooks that make some of the only quality food in the area. If you want the best restaurant in the fraser valley look no further for this is where its at. Anyone that thinks differently has probably got there head stuck up somewhere that even I cannot see and or just having a bad day and like too put down something better then themselves because most people are weak, unlike the employees of this fine establishment.
Portion sizes have decreased dramatically although the price remains the same. We had very slow service, waiting over 20 minutes for a server after we were sat. One out of 4 dishes was considered very good, the rest were bland. We won't be back.Food: 2/5
Good food. Our waitress was nice and very attentive. Service was fast, considering how busy they were.Food: 5/5
