Miracle Nails

Great experience overall today at Miracle Nails. It was my first time going there because I know it's a little pricey. Today I spent $60 plus tip for a pedicure and a gel manicure. It was well worth it. Nicole was very nice and my nails look fabulous. I was also looking for more ambiance to relax and I felt their facility was clean and cozy, perfect for a treat right before the holidays. I would recommend Miracle Nails if you are willing to pay a little extra for higher quality nails and great customer service!

Wonderful experience! I've been going here for about a year for gel manicures, and I've never had one thing to complain about the facility is clean the staff is friendly. Today I went for a gel manicure and a spa pedicure, one of the best pedicures I've ever had definitely worth the money.

Great nail salon in Ithaca! However, they are always very busy. If you can get in at around 11 a.m., or 2 in the afternoon, you have a good chance. But don't try go during a lunch or evening or towards the end of the week. The staff is very friendly! They are very knowledgeable, and many of them have been doing nails for a very long time. The only problem is if you get a tech who is brand-new, and you may just need to be a little careful about the quality of your manicure or pedicure. However they are very friendly if you ask them to fix anything! 90% of the time I leave with the most fantastic nails, and they mean all of my expectations! I would also say it's important to be friendly and courteous with the staff, because they are great people who are very willing to give you fantastic service if you are appreciative and not demanding.

I love this place, I come here all the time! Come when it's slow & you'll get the best service. Great/warm/beautiful environment! Friendly staff! P.s. ask for Carol - she's the best!

They are always very friendly and accommodating here at Miracle Nails. Nicole is my favorite to get a gel manicure from! Very clean and aesthetically pleasing.
