Stephanie Gray Massage

I saw Stephanie for a massage. She was very attentive, professional, and intuitive. She spent quite a bit of time doing energywork to help with grounding and opening up my heart chakra. I felt much more calm, receptive, & grounded after my massage.

During April I read an article about the benefits of lymphatic massage.I chose to schedule an appointment with Stephanie Gray.Stephanie did not disappoint.Her touch was light, healing and silken.Stephanie suggested 2 additional sessions to complete my spring tune up.I appreciate that she gave me a booklet and tips on self care for my lymph nodes.I will return for an autumn tune up.

I did 5 sessions with Stephanie to learn about lymphatic message. These sessions very extremely informative and also very relaxing and rejuvenating. She is very knowledgeable and I will continue to see her on regular basis. Highly recommend!

Stephanie is a local treasure, she is my lymph nymph, my hero. Highly recommended. I have seen her since soon after being diagnosed with breast cancer, and she helped me through all the stages, including surgery and radiation, and continues to help as I deal with mets. A holistic healer who knows many methodologies and continues to seek out coursework to learn and stay on top of her field.
