The salon is lovely and clean. The hair stylist Bita is rude. She didn't introduce herself. I had to ask her her name. She didn't ask what I wanted. She simply used bleach to provide highlights for my fine blond hair; then just cut the dry ends off. There was no attempt to style my hair. I certainly would not go back.

I was walking to FROM HAIR ON salon was so beautiful and my hair stylist BITA she did great job now she is my hair stylist , I recommend this salon to everyone

I went in today and purchased a Groupon beforehand, but they wouldn't accept it since I didn't show it before the hair cut/ highlight. Ok. I was fine with paying the full price but Bita, the lady who did my hair ruined it. I wanted a lighter color but she would not dye it for me. The whole time she was giving me looks of dissatisfication, and she kept pulling my hair while cutting it. I will NEVER be going BACK AGAIN. Not only do I look hideous, the service was horrible. Got poked in the back, before washing my hair twice to stop me from sitting down, she could have told me verbally. I don't even know why I had the courtesy to give her a 10 dollar tip. I was belittled, denied of proper customer service and she ruined my hair. NEVER been to such a horrible salon before. She even washed my hair with cold water... I don't even know what to say. I should have left the moment she started speaking to me in a condescending tone. The Canadian in me stayed, but I really wish I hadn't. I now have to head to a difrent salon to fix the mess she's made. Also I was charged 126 for horrible service and the partial highlight doesn't show. She LITERALLY only put 3-6 foils in. What a joke.

Do not go here ! the business is rude and they riped me off. Told me my appointment was on friday and thursday calls me to tell me i missed the appointment. Wont let me rebook and they told groupon i redeemed the service! If you insist on going there do not tell them your groupon code!

I got the Groupon for eye lash extensions here. The lashes barely lasted a week. The technician glued my left eye shut in the process and didn't even apologize. The eye lashes were applied too closed to the lash line such that the base of the extensions stung my eye lids every time I close my eyes. I had them professionally removed after a week and a half and didn't go back for my refill that I prepaid for... Not that they would give it to me free of charge since it wouldn't be a refill anymore. The actual salon looked nice and clean. I just didn't like the service.
