I had to book my move very last minute and they were able to accommodate me with no hesitation. Operator at the office was great and explained all details before hand. When the movers arrived they explained the contract to me. Asked me to see the place prior to start moving so they get familiar with the stuff. They started and loaded in one hour got to my place and unloaded so quick! My move was done in 3 hours for a large 1 bedroom. John and his crew were very efficient, friendly, and experienced. 
I will definitely hire them next time (hopefully not for a while) and will recommend them to all!

I had a terrible EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY....they showed up 2 hours late and smelling like a brewery .i ask what there problem was and they started cussing me so i ask for there office and THEY DON'T HAVE ONE THERE A SCAM and no office i have called friends to check other offices in edmonton and calgary and they too have never heard of them at there addresses they post. Watch out before you hire these false and drunk people i would'nt let them move my dog house ..THERE TERRIBLE

Scam.....they dont have an office and there guys were drunk and high when they should up to move my mother i have seen several reports that were bad they erased them BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY THERE WORKERS DRIVER FROM HOME....NO OFFICE!!!!!!!

What do you expect from the company that just a reseller of someone`s else services? They do not care and they have a really crazy price list. Extra charge for this, extra charge for that... and once again, they make money just by reselling someone`s services.  Middleman.

We had Minimove do our move for us recently and I would totally use them again! Our tenant got very ill and was in hospital, we had to organize her move for her. I really didn’t expect it to be so easy, but it was. The crew showed up, in uniform I might add, and within a couple of hours had her stuff packed and loaded….the other companies we called gave us quotes twice as high as what we actually paid. If I need to move myself I will be calling Minimove for sure.!!!
