Took 15 minutes to get someone to come ask if we were ready to eat we didn’t get any water or offered something to drink, when I asked for water she asked if we were going to eat or go. She took our Menus and we left. I hope they treat you nicer. We walked by the kitchen and it looked dirty a reason we had second thoughts the lady was very rude and treated us poorly. When we walked in, the restaurant had a weird burnt smell. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. It’s very hard to believe any of the positive reviews. I’ve honestly never been so disappointed and we eat out a lot! Never ever again. A smile goes a long way lady!! : Parking: Awkward parking
I LOVE the bubble tea at this place! This and a small number of Asian restaurants were open Christmas day if you just wanted to order out that day. They give healthy portions and the food tastes GREAT! The staff is helpful and kind but a little hard to understand if you're not used to hearing other languages consistently. If the environment is clean, it seems kind of dingy. The menu is great and has some variety.
The Chefs and staff here are amazing, I highly recommend the Beef Chow Mein, Beef Pho, Salted Egg Chicken and Beef Hot Pot. I would also check out their Facebook and Instagram page to see the other variety of dishes they offer.
While I always feel somewhat awkward eating here I do really like the food. I ate here twice a week for almost 2 months earlier this year. I really like their crab rangoons, egg drop soup, and fried rice. I also tried my friend's Mongolian beef once and it was really good. The atmosphere is nice but it's very quiet, I think that may be why I feel awkward eating here. Sometimes when I go with friends even when I'm talking quietly I feel like I'm yelling. Perhaps if there was music playing even just quietly in the background it may help some. Otherwise the staff is always welcoming and kind.
Love this place, great place to get lunch if you are in Pullman. I like getting the chicken with vegetables and the Mongolian beef amongst other things. I accidentally came here on a Tuesday their day off and they served me anyways hahaha.

Its always a delight to go to Minh's. The food is excellent. Atmosphere relaxed. People AwesomeFood: 5/5
People who are having financial problem, but still want to eat Chinese food. This restaurant will be good for you! This restaurant's food amount is too much, so I cannot finish their noodle bowl. Their beef noodle soup is good and you can even ask them to add more noodle at first if you are so hungry. They won't charge you a lot. The person who gets order is so friendly to all customers. They also have Chinese Hot Pot sheep, they also have another Asian food like curry, Korean food, Vietnamese food, and more. My boyfriend and I always visit there to eat their noodle cause two noodle bowl is like only $25, which is way cheaper than another Chinese restaurant in Pullman, WA and Moscow, ID.
Last week : Happy staff and attentive. pho was very : delicious, fresh, hot, savory. Thai tea with tapioca was nice. Definitely a great place to eat, get full and pleasant staff.
Super good food and definitely worth the price especially if you have a big family.Food: 5/5
