I have never felt less valued as a customer. We were cold and wet after driving through a nasty snowstorm. We called a half hour ahead was told it would be 20 minutes. Past experience told us that being 10 minutes late would be just about right. When we arrived, the front entrance was full of people waiting for their late orders. Slowly, they all got their orders. The woman at the front desk seemed unable to find my order, and was slammed with people ordering, picking up, and paying for their meals. I ended up waiting a full half hour in the dingy waiting area. We ended up getting our food a full 40 minutes after they said it would be ready. When I finally got my food, I asked for a discount. The woman asked the manager, but no luck. It wasn't her who took the order or anyone else's who was waiting, but she was totally getting someone else's mistakes dumped on her. The food was okay, but not great.
Absolute worst Chinese food I've ever had. Food so bad that it makes you wonder if you even enjoy Chinese food altogether. Chow mine? Psych! ... spaghetti noodles. I only gave it 1 star because it actually showed up to my door.
I cant believe they chopped up sandwich chicken processed meat into little strips and gave it to us and called it chicken chow mein. We should have left, but were so shocked that we stayed. This is unbelievable, but I wish I took pictures...
Ordered the "chicken" chow mien and received noodles with strips of deli lunch meat on it. Wings were cold and slightly soggy, beef and broccoli was the only yummy part of the meal. Not impressed!
Ming's is one of the first restaurants I ever ate at after moving here as a kid, and we still love it today. Buffet every day, and anything from the menu is great and made quickly!
Ordered delivery, food took almost an hour. When it got here, they charged $8 for delivery. They mentioned nothing about the charge when I called. They also messed up the order. When i called back to complain the owner argued with me over the phone with a clueless staff member, telling me my order was made right. Food was disgusting. Terrible customer service, gross food. Don’t eat here.
Great Food! Classic western style chinese food. Good buffet. Restaurant needs updating inside though. It feels grungy and the bathrooms stink.
I am usually not a fan of buffet restaurants but at least here at Ming's they keep the food fairly well stocked. Prices are reasonable and service is usually pretty good.
Great waitress service food pretty good hot but could use a bit more variety but all in all ok
