Mimino

I learned about this place through a friend. This was my first time having Georgian food and this place did not fail. I had the chicken kebab, bean soup and baklava for dessert. The pictures may seem simple but the food is very flavourful. The server took his time to explain to me the dishes they sell. On my way out, I met the owner/chef of the restaurant she was very lovely and I promised her I will be back to try the rest of the menu.

Best place in town to get Georgian food! Always fresh always amazing! Made right in front of you and the service is so nice!!!

This place is the perfect restaurant! The service is great and the staff is very helpful. Everything we ordered was delicious and so authentic. The khachipuri was absolutely stunning. They had a wide selection of foods and drinks from Georgia, which made our time there special and indulging. Thank you Mimino for making our experience extremely positive and memorable!

Wonderful food and service, very cozy setup. Everything was exceptionally fresh and delicious. Georgian wine was a nice bonus and there was something for everyone on the menu.

We were a party of 10 - 6 adults and 4 kids. Everything was excellent. Food delicious and we ordered many things from the menu - salads, appetizers, main dishes. Not too spicy, not to oily. Just right! Service was very good. And fast. And the price was very reasonable for the amount of food we ordered. Highly recommend!

The best Georgian place in North York! The lady that cooks food is always nice and happy to see you. The food is delicious. Not overpriced like at other similar restaurants. I recommend khinkali.

Absolutely amazing food. My family and I are beyond satisfied with the quality of the food and AAA service. Everything is made fresh and you can really tell the difference. Even my picky 4 year old ate food she would normally never eat and enjoyed everything to the last bite. This is the best Georgian cuisine in the GTA and I am confident in that as I tried them all. Good job and keep making amazing food.

We were craving some Stew or soup and Mimino came up on our search result. We ordered online on their website- a chicken stew and grilled eggplants with walnut. When we got there they had not received the order but the lady I believe also is the owner was sweet enough to make the order for us if we could wait a little. The place is nice and cozy run by this warm lady who was gracious enough to not only prepare our order but also waited for the online payment to go through and not make us pay again for it.the food was delicious. The stew is prepared in a tomato gravy with chicken pieces. The grilled eggplant however was the star and would love to have some more of that soon. Hopefully once things get better and we can go visit the restaurant, we would love to try more food. The stars are for the lovely food and the welcoming gesture. Do try them out if you are in the area.

Great restaurant, friendly and helpful employees! We ate here with our family from Georgia that now live in Toronto. The food is absolutely delicious and the environment is very inviting. I would highly recommend stopping in, even if it’s a bit of a drive. It’s definitely worth it!!

Amazing! Food was great from soup and appetizers to every main course we ordered. Home-style cuisine. Hachapuri is a must to try, as well as their stuffed mini eggplants. Dolma was the best I've had in years. If you still have room for dessert they make their own pahlava which is out of this world! Service is outstanding, thanks to Alekhan who made us feel at home, everything he suggested to try was a perfect hit. Definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back.
