We take out 18 month old to MMS. We were very happy with the attention she received from the staff. They are so loving and good to her. We have also found the administration very friebdly, and happy to answer questions. They also use the britewheel app to send us photos throughout the day. It's nice to see our daughter smiling on a tough day and to see that she's had a good nap. Update: she is now 3.5 yrs old and still attending MMS. Has started the Pre-K half days with a very nice teacher, and the structured learning has been very good. Still very happy to be there, plan to send our newborn once she is old enough.

I am proud to say that my child attends Milwaukee Montessori School and trust them to prepare students for high school and college! For my daughter’s first two years (K4 and K5) she attended Milwaukee French Immersion School (MFIS), which has an active PTA and stellar language immersion model; however, she needed more individualized attention and help with reading. It was a tough move to transfer her because I liked MFIS, but it was the best decision I could have made. At Milwaukee Montessori School she was able to work one-on-one with the TA and has grown in confidence and expanded her social skills. The curriculum taught at Milwaukee Montessori School supersedes that of most schools. Students are challenged academically every day. Equally important is the social dynamic at the school. Unlike most schools, the classroom students spend multiple years working together and they are each other’s cheerleaders. I don’t see social discord here – just supportive friends.

Our son who's 4 goes and we love it. He enjoys being there and has already learned so much. We love the individualized lessons, the early introduction to music and Spanish. I cannot say enough good things about this school.

Two kids, both completed the full program through 8th grade. The teachers were excellent. The pursuit of excellence in education is one I believe in so much, I became a school board trustee in 2003 and still am as of this post. Yes MMS has high standards, yes MMS pushes the kids academically, athletically and as citizens. These are good things. If I was doing things over again, I would choose MMS again.

A perfect child will succeed there (or anywhere). It is not a school directed in the true vision of Maria Montessori. MMS is academically discriminatory and exclusive. The administration runs MMS like a prison camp. There are so many better private schools in Brookfield and the Milwaukee area where children can thrive in a caring environment.
