Mills Fleet Farm

A fun place to work! I've had my job for over a year, and it's amazing! You only get rude customers if you are rude, so I keep my friendly fleet smile on. The managers work good with employees and customers alike. Always enjoy looking around from upstairs on my break at the place.

I have shopped at Fleet Farm for years and had a pretty bad experience this time. I wanted to buy my son a Little Tikes Truck, saw online it says available for sale in store only. So I called the store and asked if the truck is in-stock, the lady tells me they have more than five in stock. So I drive into the store to pick one up. I asked one of the employees, Randy, to help us find it. He looks it up and says they have them in-stock but they are in back and that he will go find one. A few minutes later he returns and tells me that since Toy Land isn't open yet they can't sell us one. I asked to speak to a manager because that doesn't sound right. One of the assistant managers, Ed, came out. I told him what was going on and he was very dismissive and said they cannot go in back and get one and that we would have to wait until Toy Land opens...are you kidding me!? Not too happy especially since I called ahead and asked.

Decent farm store. Employees don't seem to know alot about the products. Got to hit trac suply if you want good product answers.

Need supplies to inseminate a horse? Check. Need some green pumpkin Senkos for the fish and gummie worms for the kids? Check. Need some 5.56 and some P-mags? Check. Need a BFH to fix your truck? Check. Want a cherry bomb glass pack and a turbo muffler or two? Check. What's not to love?

Great value. You'll not always find the size you need in stock. Great prices on pet products.
