Million Tapis et Tuiles

Bought wall to wall carpeting 5 years ago. Talked to the installer Daniel before job. Was suppose to lift the 1/4 in of vinyl molding and put carpeting under it. Left the house, came back 1 hr later and carpet was cut to meet the vinyl molding. Very upset. To top it off the cut was not straight against the molding. When I discovered this he just responded it was too difficult to lift the molding and it was hard to make a straight cut to meet the molding. What a mess. Found him to be very lazy. Also did not clean the trail of carpeting left in hallway, elevator or lobby. My mistake, my request was not written into the contract. When at the store though Daniel took me over to the vinyl molding and demonstrated what he would do. Called the store was told I had to deal with the carpet layer who never returned my messages. I was in a rush to move in situation, the carpet was on sale. The joke, the carpet cost as much as the installation. Will never have this guy for installation again. BTW, he did not work alone, he had his son with him. i'm posting a 1 star of 5 cause the sales lady knew her business.

Bought a carpet and installation. We were told it would be received and installed within 2 weeks, yet it took more than 6 weeks. The installation guy left our house filthy with his dirty shoes and carpet debris everywhere and did not even attempt to do any cleaning up. He also scratched our hardwood floor with his tools and damaged our newly painted walls. Would not deal with this company again.

Went to the store after seeing online that they open at 9am, but there on their door it says they open at 9:30. It was 9:30 and the lady still didn't open the door for me leaving me in the rain saying she was alone!!! She could't even tell me when they were planning on opening... Very frustrating and unprofessional. I guess they're not looking for customers.
