Would not Recommend. Terrible customer service. Been Waiting for oil for 5 days , my reservoir is almost empty. Was told it can takes up to a week because I'm not on automatic delivery. When I called I had a 1/4 tank left , but with this severe cold I'm almost empty. One on the rude receptionists told me they have 3000 clients. Really? If you can't service all of your clients in a timely manner you'll have 2.999 when I leave after the winter.

Extremely disappointed overall. First, while being on the phone with the employee, I get told that I was obligated to fill out an online form to make an appointment with them. Since I was already on the phone why can't I just do it this way? Especially since it was the same employee who called me back 5 minutes later. Then, they tell me someone will come by in the afternoon the next day. I get a phone call the next day at 8am saying they lost the paper with my address on it (why did I fill out an online form ?!?!?) and that they were gonna stop by in the morning instead. You CANNOT change an appointment like that. I was at work in the morning and took the afternoon off. I had to find someone to go to my place and let them in. Finally, to add hurt to injury, they didn't take off their snowy wet boots, dirtied my floor and left a pile of oily rags on my floor..... Maybe I should lose my bill.....

There is a few rude people working at this company. They do not try to accommodate their clients that have been with this company for over 30 years. Instead of assisting and accommodating their clients they lecture then. Very unprofessional. One French speaking employee said to me that they don't need my business. Another employee by the name Maria was very rude and unprofessional and gave me contradicting information. Time to change oil companies. Who needs them.
