Sandra was disappointed that after we confirmed our 11am appointment with her at 9:37 we had to let her know @10:21 we would be running late. My wife’s health can be eradicate however we do our best to prepare, be on time, and communicate as soon as possible if we realize we are running late. This wasn’t good enough for Sandra. Despite the fact that once she indicated she was an able to wait I immediately apologized for bothering her - thanked her for letting us know and wished her a good day. After receiving the following reply, “ Not appreciated. I detoured an hours drive to make sure yo accommodate you, I will be posting your name as a no show to our property managers page. “ My wife decided it would be best to call her. My wife first stated that on the phone call, she/we completely understood that Sandra’s time is valuable - explained the situation - and calmly stated that she didn’t like that Sandra had “passive aggressively threatened her husband” Personally I think Sandra was being more aggressive/short tempered then passive aggressive. Sandra’s response was to start yelling about how we had wasted her time, had only called to waste more of her time, and that if we wanted to pay $200 or $175 for her gas it would be settled. It’s clear that Sandra wasn’t interested in working with us. She wasn’t interested in coming to an understanding and moving forward with us. After reading other reviews ultimately, despite liking the posted rental, we won’t be dealing with this company. As home owners who rent their home, prospective buyers and as a couple currently looking to rent a property for a year... I trust that this is a greater loss for the company than it is for us. Especially when I consider the sheer number of other companies who are more than willing to work with us, who understand are needs - and are willing to be compassionate ... I have to conclude that perhaps Sandra is in the wrong line of work. In the interest of perhaps being “fair” I add that my wife, after being unable to contact the main office, did call Carol. Carol is unfortunately dealing with a personal matter but she still managed to be considerate and kind despite all that she was dealing with. My wife very much appreciated the grace Carol displaced during their brief conversation.

My experience with Milligan Realty has been horrible , I've been living in this residence for four years with my family. Since day one there has been nothing but problems, there's a huge problem in the basement that they have known about since day one. They did make some minor repairs, but none of those repairs resolved the problem. We continuously called Sandra Milligan, she would never answer our calls but briefly responded to text messages. She sent out a few contractors but never heard from her regarding repairs after they had left. Recently we gave her as a reference and that resulted in us not getting the residence because she gave false information saying we never told her about the problem in the basement. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. First off, they never showed up for any repairs or complaints. Second, they terminated our lease 3 months early under their claim that the owner of the residence was selling his property. Not only did they keep out damage deposit but also deposited the next months rent, illegally, after we had already moved out by using one of the post dated cheques. We had to go through the landlord/ tenant resolution board for months to deal with that issue. We primarily dealt with Sandra Milligan.

I have been with Milligan for 7 years, have never had an issue and sandra is super reasonable with mutual respect. Any repairs are done asap and with no fuss.

Very disappointing and a waste of time. Drove an hour to pickup an ozone generator only to find no one home. Was told by Sandra that I made a trip for nothing and basically out of luck. Very unprofessional.

They were extremely helpful and assisted me with all my needs. Sandy was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Excellent services.

The most unprofessional real estate service I've ever encountered, especially Sandra.
