Millidgeville Family Practice

I am writing this on May 28, 2022, a full 2+ years after the Coronavirus first broke out. Yet, despite every other business figuring out how to offer phone, virtual, or safe in-person appointments, this medical clinic is still CLOSED due to the pandemic.

Great doctor! Quite easy to get timely appointments. Very friendly and understanding. Very very intelligent man who is open to working with you to resolve any issues. I very highly recommend Dr. Ugabi as a family doc. One receptionist is difficult to deal with but it's not worth dropping stars over...

Called at 4 05 answering machine said full but yet they started taking calls at 4

Tried going to the Millidgeville Medical Clinic a few times for minor concerns. Always get the "we don't look after that..." response. However, other after-hours clinics will always take me for the same conditions assuming I get into the phone queue to speak with someone. They say refer to their list for what they do not look after, and I have never seen the conditions for which I am rejected. Not everyone has 4-6 hours to wait in emerge at the hospital every time they have issues.

I'm a complex confused person. it's takes Dr time to understand me it's not like I wanted to be this way. I never had a problem with any other Dr about this. I always feel rushed when I go in and I'm a forgotfull person. there a number of reason I come in and I only remember a few of them. I really need a full assessment. but I don't know how to go with that by him. so I'm just left here waiting to figure out what I'm supposed to do. this has been months now. I go to the hospital becuase I forget if I don't or it doesn't get covered in my apartment. and even then my problem is still not seen at. he has help me don't get me wrong he's a good Dr just not a good one with a person with a mind like me.

This clinic is what u are looking for when your not feeling well . The atmosphere is positive and the secretary is very friendly. Dr Parascan went above and beyond in order i get a speedy recovery. She cares alot about your health.

Refused medical treatment due to lack of NB medical card, despite explaining that I'm still trying to get one because Service New Brunswick never submitted my application despite giving them all the information they asked for. Despicable. Situation completely out of my control.

Very rude called me about an appointment I made told me they couldn't fill out paperwork but I can't get the prescriptions without the paperwork and I explained that to them didn't care hung up in my ear this is what my tax dollars are paying for

very slow, online appointments prepare to wait 30 mins to an hour of your actual appointment
