Bay Bread Company

It’s a great location close to the bay, but the egg cheese and bacon bagel was just ok. Not spectacular and a little overpriced, but I’m willing to try the other goodies such as the carrot cake cupcake or a loaf of bread! The staff were kind and quite busy!

I stopped in today and got my first cinnamon roll, it was fantastic, I really enjoy the sourdough bread for toast too! The smell of the bakery from the street was amazing!

So much fresh deliciousness! We go for the best cinnamon rolls in town but, keep finding other gems giant pretzels, molasses cookies, and I’m still thinking about yesterday’s Linzer cookie great quality,kind staff

They have the best cranberry sour dough & cherry sour dough bread ever!!!! Scones, sticky buns, cookies, cheese bread, garlic bread etc. They have the best bakery everything period !!!

We stopped today for lunch and it was a disappointing experience. There was one option for a sandwich, grilled cheese with our without bacon. We had a time crunch before an appointment and didn’t have time to go anywhere else. The food was good but I wouldn’t come back or recommend if you’re looking for a meal.

Fantastic bread! Do yourself a favor and order ahead of time if you have a specific loaf you want

Wheat, when it dies and goes to heaven, resurrects here amongst the white-clad baker-priests. In as many forms as there are people to eat it. I'm not a church goer or a bread eater, but when I AM...You will find me here, sniffing the delicious air and mourning the fact that I can only eat one breakfast a day. Two, max.

I had previously given Bay Bread a five star review for my favorite bread that I bought numerous times. The All American Bread. It was absolutely delicious. However, the last three times I’ve purchased this bread, there has been hardly any fruit in the bread. And I couldn’t find any blueberries. So it wasn’t red , white and blue. And sparsely had cranberries. I pointed this out with pictures to someone at the store and was told that sometimes it’s a problem in the mixing. Just can’t be a problem on 7 loaves of bread now. I won’t be purchasing anymore.

There was a good selection of bakery products, including several kinds of scones, bread, and muffins. They also had cinnamon rolls.

I can not wait for our annual camping trip to Traverse City because I get to spend a ton of money at this Bakery!!!! They have the best bread and selection of any bakery goods that we have had. I LOVE everything that they sell!!!
