Go to this place if you like to look directly at the Sun.  This place has literally no ambiance.  It was so bright, I wanted to wear my sunglasses inside it was so bright!  The service and food were fine but this really took away from it - why have it so bright!? When it's that bright it's so crazy awkward and not intimate in the least. We also only went to this location because they were having a 40x Scene point deal - now I see why!  I would never go back to this place again as long as the lights are like this - not sure the crowd they're trying to appeal to but never again!

Overall a solid business. It may take longer to get your food and it's not the best place for a steak. Personnel is nice and accommodating. Ample space.

Slow service and terrible food. Really went down hill over the years. Reno looks nice but that's all. Very disappointed.

i'm quite disappointed with the food, particularly the prime rib.  In the past, this was my go-to place if I"m craving for a real juicy tender nicely roasted prime rib.   Went there recently.  Even brought some folks who were visiting from out of the country as I was really confident I made a good choice in restaurant.  I ordered medium and the meat was tough, cold and didn't even seem freshly cooked.  Looked like it's been out in the open for a while.  Wasn't even hot.  I brought it to the attention of the staff, Marie, who by the way was very warm and friendly.    She had my order replaced immediately.  Second time was still not at par to what I had before but I was rushing to go for another event so I didn't complain further.  We were told there was renovation going on so perhaps the condition of the kitchen equipment restricted the staff's ability to maintain the same quality as what we had before.    I'll probably try this restaurant again after renovation is completed as I really like this restaurant and everybody deserves a second chance.

The service here is a huge issue and continues to be.  We have given this place 3 shots including 1 at a private friends and family event for the grand reopening so we thought for sure if not for 1 night they'd have their staff on point.  But yet again, the service is terrible.  Late food delivery, non-existent beverage service and entirely missed orders.  The new atmosphere is great but that only goes so far.  This must be a top down issue as it seems acute to this location.
