Milestones Grill and Bar

Great food and have always had great service as well. The restaurant is clean and decorated nicely. They also have a large drink menu and have introduced a new "healthier options" menu which is always a bonus in my books. Only small complaint I have is some of the appetizers are extremely small for the price (~15$) and the ribeye is not really worth the almost 40$ (tasty but smaller than you would think for the price). Asian chicken bites are a great app though, and I have heard the goat cheese app is great too! Mains/other food is always delicious.

Went here for dinner yesterday around 5:45. This was our first time back here after about 3 years ago when we had a bad experience. Food was good, service was horrible. Wasn’t greeted for a long time after being sat. Server didn’t come back to take our food order for a long time after that. Appetizer came out after about 30 minutes, and our dinner I would say came out another 40 minutes after that. I’m assuming he either forgot to put our order in, or forgot to take it off hold because a pasta dish and burger don’t take that long to cook and all other tables around us were getting food before us. Server never came to do a table check when the food came out. I had ordered the prime rib fettuccine and there was no prime rib in it! I had to flag down a hostess to ask for the prime rib. What I assume was the manager(never introduced himself) came out to bring me the prime rib and instead of just apologizing gave a bunch of excuses about how sometimes they make two dishes at once and one of the plates might have had less prime rib than the other. I kept saying that the issue wasn’t that there was very little prime rib, but that there was none at all. He kept cutting me off mid sentence so wasn’t understanding the issue. Was never compensated for the mistake. Server wasn’t even aware of our issue because he never came back to the table after taking our food order. He just kept rushing past our table and avoiding eye contact until I asked for the bill. I’ve served tables before, I know what it’s like to be busy and not have time to do table checks, but it should be communicated so that someone else (manager) can. And when a table has an issue, don’t argue with the customer, just fix the issue. It’s disappointing because we loved the food, but won’t be returning to this location due to the lack of service.

This location is super hit and miss - sometimes the food is amazing and the staff goes out of their way to make sure your dining experience is great. We went for my birthday once and our waiter knew it was a special occasion and brought out a little dessert for us (this wasn't planned by either of us). We went for our anniversary another time and the service was lacklustre for lack of a better term. I also ordered something without peppers in it (allergy) and low and behold when my food came it was covered in peppers. This time I mentioned it was our anniversary when I made the reservation and asked for a fairly private table and we were seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant next to a family with children- total mood deal breaker. Such a shame that it's so hit and miss because otherwise there's a great atmosphere here most of the time. The drinks, however, are always stellar.

Excellent. Service and food was great! Our meals were hot and delicious. Salads were fresh. Excellent ravioli. We also had a burger that was delightful.

Not worth the money. I picked this for my mom's birthday lunch. Service was good..food was over cooked mushy rice. And garlic bread cold..funny thing only two other tables at the time..kitchen has NO PRIDE ! Embarrassed I was.
