After accepting my sons insurance, and then sending me a bill, I called stating I would have went to a different dentist had I known they did not accept his insurance. The receptionist was supposedly going to speak with the Dr. White to lower the bill. Instead I received a bill once again with no adjustment. I tried communication several times through mail (as it's hard for me to be available via phone during their office hours), but I had no luck. No adjustment was ever made to the bill, and now they've sent it to collections. Just be sure they accept your insurance BEFORE your appointment.

Excellent practice. Very professional work. Cleaned up a number of issues left by my last dentist. My teeth have never been in such healthy and aesthetic shape.
