Cascade Dental Center: Mikhai C. Ta, DDS, PS

Dr Ta was wonderful. I had just moved to the area and developed an infection in one of my teeth. He treated it with antibiotics and when the infection was pretty much gone he pulled my tooth. His staff is great and friendly. I will definitely go back

I called Cascade Dental Center yesterday afternoon after suffering several days of excruciating tooth pain; it needed to be extracted. The receptionist/scheduler was very kind and understanding, but said that they were just closing. I asked if she thought an emergency room might see me, that I was in the worst pain ever. She asked me to hold on, spoke to Dr. Ta in the background, and then asked me how soon I could be there. I was only 5 minutes away and told her so. She told me to come on in, they would wait and take care of me. They were just closing for the day, I was not one of their patients, they had never seen me before, they didn't accept my insurance but would see me anyway? No way! That just doesn't happen these days. I was actually excited (for once) to be going to see a dentist! I got there, filled out a form, and while doing so, Dr. Ta prepared the chair & items he'd need. They took a quick Xray, discussed cost (MORE THAN REASONABLE), gave me a pain-deadening shot in the gum and then effortlessly pulled the bad tooth with little ache or pain. Service like this is rare, but when I receive it, I want to tell everyone. Everyone at Cascade is great, from the receptionist, to the hygienist-assistant and especially, Dr. Ta. He prescribed an antibiotic and by 10pm last night, I was feeling little, if any, pain. Today I am almost back to my 'old self' and when it comes time to replace that tooth with an implant or partial, Cascade Dental Center will be my choice of dentists. The level of care, concern, compassion and customer service is amazingly high, I will recommend them and use them again. Thanks, Dr. Ta and Staff and Happy Holiday!
