Story

Our Story:
Mike's Parcel Pickup was started by "you". Mike and Karin Ohmann bought Mike's Hardware 21 year ago, and Canadians would come in to the store and tell us their dilemma. "I've got this US company that I want to purchase products from but they won't ship to Canada, or it's far too expensive for the shipping and brokerage fees. Could I ship it to your address and I'll come and get it?" So Mike's Parcel Pickup was born. It's our goal at Mike's to handle your products with care. We hope your visit to Mike's will be a great experience.

Whether you are not able to get packages sent to you in Canada, it's too expensive to do so, or the products you are after are only available in the United States. Used Mike’s Parcel for the first time to save time and shipping costs to Winnipeg. Very impressed by their service. It was super easy to use and the price was great! Staff were friendly. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes and was not even in the USA for more than 30 minutes. Bonus, even picked up a bag of coffee!
They always get my packages to me in a timely manner and their prices are fair. Once they gave me the wrong package because there is another person with the same first and last name who also ships parcels there which caused me some headache when going through Canadian customs but I was able to take it back to them and they gave me a refund and haven't mixed anything up since
Let me say if your comparing companies looking for how to get packages delivered from USA to Winnipeg, then Mikes Parcel is your first stop! They work with Reds so you can get your item delivered right to your door! I have tried all other places in Pembina & trust me this place blows the others away by having the most amazing team all watched over by careful eye of the two owners who properly train staff, & most importantly care about you & your business! It’s so nice actually going in to sit & have a conversation with owners who care about something more than money, & your not just a number to them! I have to admit last time I was there I was in such a rush I ran out without paying, there was no panic, only smiles & understanding. Also, during the pandemic, they did not charge one single penny for items held. Total understanding! Great job guys & congrats on the renovations, the place looks beautiful!
Always happy with their service. Have used many times and will continue to do so. Cheaper to ship there than home in Canada.
I'm sure Vanessa and Mason will recognize my post. I love how they treat me when I go in. They know me pretty well, they address me by name, I've been going there since before they took over the place. I got to say they've been great and accommodating during the pandemic. They've made my trips easiest process ever. They are the best advisors when it comes to the border crossing.
We can't say enough about Mason, Vanessa and their team at MVP. They are wonderful to deal with, friendly staff, excellent location, and the coffee is great!

I used their Vehicle Export and Storage Services. Being my first time to import a motorcycle to Canada I have my apprehension of the process. But Mason and his team are very accommodating and easy to talk with. They will make it a point that all concerns will be addressed. I have my motorcycles stored to their warehouse as well and my request to drop them off and pick them up even during their off-day is not a problem. Highly recommended!
