Midwest Eye Care PC

I hate to do this because I love my eye doctor, she is amazing... but the front staff is awful, I don't say that often, I have such a bad taste in my mouth. I was told that my contacts were going to be 92 total dollars when I ordered them only to end up paying 348. I wouldn't have ordered them if I knew they were that much upfront. When I brought this to the attention to the lady that helped me she acted oblivious and said "I need to talk to whomever gave you prices." When in reality it was her, and she played dumb. To make it even better, she was rude to me and treated me like a child. Never going back.

Dr. Jackson is awesome. The staff are all very nice. Great experience.

My daughter wanted to try contacts for the first time but the staff was impatient and uncaring with her anxiety of the situation.
