Very friendly and professional. It had been a long time since I had been to a dentist and they really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Special thank you to Nicole my awesome Hygienist. I will be back regularly.

I went for a cleaning my bill was $84. My husbands same day appointment was changed because the receptionist said he needed to see the dr. But she was off so they changed it 2 days later So he gets there the gal does a little scraping & polishing them, says ok your done no X-rays or Dr. needed today. 20 minutes he was done He goes to pay and is charged $153. They told him that he had periodontal maintenance, a deep cleaning 20 minutes? A deep cleaning? He goes every 3 months for a deep cleaning. I think he knows what that feels like and how long it takes. Certainly not only 20 minutes. They need to check with the gal and see that it was NOT a deep cleaning. But nothing has been resolved. I think the receptionist looks at what is SUPPOSED to be done and not what actually was done and charges accordingly We will never go back to Midwest dental Buyer beware make sure you get the service you are charged for

I recently had my second visit to the Midwest Dental Suamico office. As was my first visit, the experience was excellent. Dr Rebecca and her staff are friendly and very professional. The facility is clean and appears to be well maintained. I plan to continue using them and recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team..

I switched Dentist a few years ago to here and it was easily one of the best decisions I've ever made. Everything seems to be easier when they are doing my teeth than the other place and here it's always friendly and the fillings STAY in.

I can happily say that Dr. Becky and her staff have served me well in a friendly and professional manner. The receptionist has always provided a first hand welcome. All have been willing to answer questions and put me, the patient, at ease! Thank you.
