Downtown Dental Care

I have been a patient of this dental office for a little less than two years, but I have been thoroughly impressed. Not only are Dr. Rainville and his team perhaps the most professional dental team I have had the pleasure of being part of, but they are always very warm, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell that they truly care.

I have been a client for over 25 years. Dr. Rainville is a great dentist! I lived on the east coast for several years, but made sure I came back on my vacations for all my checkups here in Rochester. I have had alot of dental work done and I won't go anywhere else. The entire staff is very professional. They are really like family the way they care about you. I would highly recommend Downtown Dental!

Dr. Rainville and his staff are not just friendly and knowledgeable they truly care about your complete dental experience! When you walk through the door at Downtown Dental you feel like you are visiting an old friend or family member.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Rainville for over 15 years. I have always been so impressed both by Dr. Rainville's professional expertise and his personal care. Dr. Rainville always made time for us when we needed last minute attention. My son always felt comfortable and never once complained about going to the dentist! In fact, I think he looked forward to it and still does, even as an adult. The staff are always very knowledgeable, kind and helpful as well.
