Not bad not great. I have used this Midas location before and I think it service has gone down or something in the translation is missed. Anyways had a exhaust system needing replacing and quote seemed fair. Labour quoted $141.70 ( I am assuming this will be a flat rate and that is fine if it is a couple of hours!) Anyways done in less than an hour and the rate stays the same. I guess that is the way it goes so slightly more than $141.70 an hour that is a great deal for them. Secondly, I had given them my telephone number 3 times and they never called, they always called the secondary number which is not the number I asked them to call so bothering someone who had never expected the call and thirdly they never answer their e-mails and admitted t it as much., I should be happy they got the job done quickly but lack of communication leaves a sour taste in my mouth and less money in my pocket.

I've had 2 positive experiences at this location. The first one was my muffler, they took me in the day I called, had it fixed in a couple hrs for a reasonable price. A couple of weeks ago I needed tires on my vehicle, they beat all the quotes I received from their competitors & installed them the next day. Honest, friendly professionals I highly recommend 👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍

My brother and I were on our way home to Vancouver when we got a flat and googled this as the closest place to go. Originally they told us they wouldn't be able to help until the next day, but when we explained how this was a stop on the roadtrip home they got us in within forty minutes. Once they got the car in it was a quick repair and we were done. They were reasonably priced, the staff was all friendly, and I would definitely go to another midas location in a similar situation because of this experience.

Great first experience with Midas...they ordered the car part too late so it was not there when I brought my vehicle in at the scheduled appointment. I had to wait an extra hour or so. At the time of payment, they took off a few bucks because of their mistake. I respect that and will return.
