Wow. 10/10 First off, I had my Mercedes estimated at 4 different shops in Kelowna, and Maaco was by far the most reasonably priced auto-body shop around. Their service was absolutely incredible. Erin at the front desk is amaaaaazing to deal with!!!!!! To finish it off - when I picked up my vehicle from being repaired, it was cleaned and detailed so precisely, it was like brand new!!! Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thanks again so much guys!

I had a Great experience in Maaco. They charged me a reasonable price and they had done a fantastic job repairing the car body. I highly recommend this place.

THESE PEOPLE WERE GREAT!! I called and told them my issue..They said I could come down right away. I was in immediately with no wait. (even though I could tell they were pretty busy.) They fixed it and I was on my way. My bill was way more than fair. My whole experience was great..Everyone from the person that answered the phone, the guy that fixed my car (John) a couple other employees I spoke with, all the way up to I believe was either the manager or owner (Jim). I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to others. Thanks again for fixing my car and lowering my stress level. :) Sandra Simpson

I just got my car fixed here, the final appearance looked perfect! I went to several autobody shops, but I chose this one finally, because I trust these guys here. They told me what my car needed standing in my position, and gave me a good price. My friend says this is the best place to get car painting in Kelowna, and now I believe. I will definitely come back if my car needs a repair again.

Stopped in for an estimate for a few rock chips and was given excellent free advice for a DIY repair, while also given a very affordable and professional option for the repair. I left very happy with the great service from friendly staff and a little bottle of touch up paint for me to try on my own; free. I'll be back!
