Midas

I had a wonderful Experience at the Midas on Burnhamthorpe, the staff was very friendly and open to understanding my needs and had given me many solutions to fix it. The manager was kind and knowledgeable and the girl at the front desk was also very helpful and quick to understand my reason for visiting Midas that day. She also had a smile that seemed to bring in more customers! My overall experience was 5/5 and I would definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family. Being able to give great customer service can be difficult at times but not for this shop!

Amazing ethics and service, repaired my vehicle under quoted time and adjusted my bill accordingly. Manager was respectful and plesant, and the front desk girl was a dream to deal with. All the technicians were knowledgeable and one of them took care to show me around the car himself post-work. Very knowledgeable, best Midas I’ve ever been to.

Went here for an oil change. Manager was knowledgeable, the front desk girl was very helpful and friendly and the technicians were experienced! Best midas I've been to and will come back again

Brought in my bmw in for an oil change, got exceptional service provided by Jade. I will definitely be returning for all future servicing.

This place will tell you they can fit you in quick and then you will wait for three hours. Got suckered by this line twice in, once for an oil change, once for tire replacement. Tire prices are good, wait times not so much. The receptionist girl does not do what she says she will, ex: "I'll ask about how long this will take" and she never did. The manager is very nice and helpful, too bad about the receptionist. She can't be bothered to get off her butt to get an answer to a question but will sit behind the desk for an hour on her phone. Literally an hour, I was there for three and watched her do it. I was told she is the daughter of the owner, which is lucky for her because if she wasn't I'm quite sure she would have been fired a long time ago.
