Went to Midtown Ford and met Reed Boyer from a friend who highly recommended him. Reed was very professional and polite. I told Reed what I was looking for and ended up buying a new 2024 F-150 Lariat. I absolutely love my new truck and very thankful to have met Reed. However, my wife also needed a new vehicle so it only made sense to go back a see Reed. She bought a 2025 Explorer ST and again Reed was awesome. We had a great experience for our 1st time at Midtown Ford and the staff is all amazing. We personally and highly recommend to go see Reed Boyer. You will not regret it and your welcome lol.
The salesperson we dealt with, Cam, was great! From the moment we expressed interest in the Ford Escape, Cam answered all our questions and provided us with detailed and helpful information.nThanks to his knowledge and customer-focused approach, we decided on purchasing a 2025 Escape, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Additionally, we were able to trade in our old vehicle and ended up with a fantastic deal.nThe entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. We are thrilled with our new 2025 Escape and are grateful for the outstanding service we received.
We brought our vehicle to Mid-Town ford in Winnipeg where we had brought it brand new from. Some work apparently wasn’t covered under warranty anymore, so we were told to bring back to the dealer we originally bought from brand new and they may be able to help. It is a 2022 for escape. We had an engine light on and also a sunroof moulding that fell off while we were driving. The moulding was only held to the roof with double sided tape from factory. They refused to fix the moulding and accused us of trying to fix ourselves, nope we did not that was straight from factory, even though I have no idea of how that was approved in the first place. Then they said the engine light would not be covered as it was due to emissions issues and was not covered under all the extended warranties that we had purchased, even though on the extended warranties they circled at the dealership showed that emissions was covered for 7 years in the package they sold us. They claim it has nothing to do with the engine but yet the engine light was on. I would never buy another ford as they are put together with double sided tape and the extended warranties do not even cover what they say it does. I have attached pictures of the warranty they circled at the dealership. And the moulding they wanted $289.00 to replace the double sided tape that holds it together as it was past the kilometres on warranty, not even three years old, before the double sided tape lets go. One the contact it says to bring back to dealership where purchased if you have issues but because I brought it to different for for other work they use that as excuse to not deal with you. So keep in mind when you buy your next ford if the double sided tape holding it together lets go after warranty, it’s not covered and that is the price they will charge you for fresh tape. And if you do decide to still go with a Ford, put protection over your babies or kids in back seat so when objects start falling it doesn’t hit them in the head or face. Or become a projectile in an accident.
