I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with the 3.0L Duramax from Johnny at McNaught, and I couldn't be happier with both the truck and the exceptional service I received. This is the second new vehicle I’ve bought from this dealership, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Johnny, the salesman, was polite, knowledgeable, and quickly provided answers to all my questions. His manager DJ was also very friendly and helpful. Once I made my decision to purchase, Johnny and DJ introduced me to Mike, the finance manager, who efficiently handled my financing so I could drive away in my new truck. The entire team made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to everyone for everything. I would 100% recommend Johnny, DJ, and Mike to my friends, family, or anyone reading this post.
UPDATED FEB 4: Engine on vehicle has failed and needs to be replaced less than 7 months after purchase. Needless to say, we will never trust this dealership again.nnUPDATE: Have not received the promised manager call back and it's now been a week since we requested one.nnUPDATED TO ADD: Unfortunately, our experience with this dealership has gone from bad to worse. The service department just called to inform us that they don’t actually have the correct part in stock for our recall repair. As a result, my husband had to return home with a rental car we don’t need but are now stuck paying for, only to go back later to retrieve our vehicle. We’ll then have to repeat this entire process on another day once they hopefully have the correct part. In the meantime, we're driving with an airbag that could literally kill us... Awesome.nnThroughout this ordeal, we’ve been speaking with a representative named Kelly, who has repeatedly insisted there was “nothing they could do” and that it was impossible to know the part was incorrect in advance. This lack of communication and accountability has made an already frustrating situation even worse.nnORIGINAL: I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership for both service and sales. Unfortunately, our experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership in the spring, and it has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a service center or dealership.nnShortly after purchasing the car, we encountered repeated issues with the temperature sensor, which rendered the vehicle undrivable due to engine warnings. When we brought it in, they diagnosed it as a fan issue and replaced it under warranty—a relatively minor fix. However, the problem returned almost immediately after the warranty expired. At that point, we decided to take the car to another service center, as we no longer trusted this dealership. The new service center identified the actual issue as the temperature sensor itself, a common problem in this model, which should have been addressed in the first place.nnMore recently, we received a recall notice for a potentially life-threatening airbag defect. We scheduled an appointment for 9 AM, only to arrive and be told the vehicle wouldn’t be looked at until 4 or 5 PM due to backlog. The dealership failed to notify us in advance and did not offer a courtesy vehicle, leaving us in a difficult situation.nnAt this time, we cannot recommend this dealership to anyone and are eager to part ways with the vehicle entirely.
