I love my multicolour fall nails Jenny did a fantastic job and was so enthusiastic! I have been to this salon many times, and the atmosphere is always so friendly and welcoming. When going to Mickey Nails, you must ask for Ms LUNA! She is absolutely incredible at anything you bring her! She is amazingly sweet and does such an amazing job with your nails! She will do anything you throw at her and make it more amazing than the picture! She went above and beyond on my nails, like she does every time

I love coming here! After going elsewhere for the first time in a while, I really realized why I don't go anywhere else! The staff is great, especially when you start going there on a semi regular basis. They are also busy enough that you know you aren't getting some 4 year old never used product. Their work lasts, and you really can't beat the price!

I love Luna! She is so sweet and friendly, and does an AMAZING job. She is also super talented with nail designs look her up on Instagram! I’ve never been disappointed when going to Mickey Nails for acrylics or mani/pedis with Luna or any other staff. My 4 year old also loves coming with me to get her nails painted! Terrible service. I booked this place to get bridal nails for my wedding the next day. The appointment was for 9:30am on a friday for a party of 3. Admittedly we were 20 minutes late however I called 5 minutes before the appointment to give a heads up and to confirm if it’s okay to still come, but no one answered. Assuming everything is okay we showed up only to be yelled at and humiliated by the entire staff. They snapped at us the second we walked in even though we apologized numerous times. Rather than simply explain that they can no longer accommodate our appointment which we would’ve understood, they aggressively told me - the bride, that I CANNOT have the design I want because we were late, and they’re going to do a plain color on me since they have other appointments at 10am. Our original appointment was for 9:30, so they planned to finish all 3 of us in 30 minutes? Makes zero sense. When we finally decided to leave and find another nail salon, they mocked us saying “go! go! Good luck finding a nail spot that will take you so last minute”. Ironically enough the FIRST place we called happily took all 3 of us right away, did an AMAZING job and gave me the most beautiful bridal nails. We were absolutely shocked at how poor the customer service is at this place. Super rude and disrespectful staff and I would suggest everyone to stay away from this nail salon. Response to owner: You're saying this isn't the first time we are late. As mentioned at the appointment, we are from Toronto so I assure you we have never set foot here before. Secondly we were only 20 minutes late not 30, and third only I wanted a design, not the other 2. I realize us being late wasn't right which is why we apologized multiple times, but your staff should NEVER treat customers this way. Maybe as the owner you should be looking into providing training on proper customer service. I'm not looking to go back and forth with you so won't be responding again, I'm just sharing my experience.Service: Manicure

As a person who gets their nails done every 3 weeks and have been for years and years I’m very happy with the service, staff and craftsmanship I’ve received here. The owners have changed for the third time now since I’ve been attending 8yrs. Current owners Luna and Jenny are friendly, talented, knowledgeable and dedicated to creating a great experience. A difficult part of this industry is people forget it’s an art meaning not all nails can look exactly like a photo you show and if they can’t do something they’re honest with you or can try and expect you to be honest with them. Including if designs can’t fit on a short nail vs long nails. I recommend people here all the time and will continue to do so.
