Jessica provided such excellent service. My pedicure was great. Some new techniques that work great. Best of all, everything extremely clean and sterilized. I felt so comfortable. Love this colour too! Jessica knows her stuff! I got in a last minute appointment to prepare for my vacation on a personal referral. Cant wait to return. Hidden gem!!
Amazing experience! Botched my own hair thinning attempt. Called in the morning and Christel got me in the same day! The owner and stylist Holly is a master of her craft. I told her I failed at thinning my hair and to just chop it all off at the shortest length because I don’t like layers. Instead, she understood what I wanted all along was more manageable thickness and she proceeded to give me the best haircut I’ve ever had with under layers that were hidden beneath my top layer of hair. She also taught me all about the tools she used! I barely lost any length, and left feeling so bouncy and like a literal weight had been taken of my shoulders. So thankful
Love this place!! Everyone there is so sweet, and very welcoming. Booking an appointment is simple over the phone. Lots of variety of hair and skincare products. Always great deals going on too. I usually come to the salon to get my nails done, and waxed with Jessica. She is a great person, answers and helps with any concerns with no hesitation. Very understanding, and great at her services. The whole experience is comforting, quick, and great precision.
Had an amazing experience with Theresa! Came in for a spur of the moment cut and she did an incredible job. She did not make me feel bad at all with my dry greasy hair and explained what she was doing every step of the way. She was genuinely excited to do my hair for such a big change and I loved her energy. Will definitely be returning!
it was my first time visiting this salon. Teresa did great job and gave me the exact results I was looking for. She was such nice and warm answered all confusions and doubts. I would definitely recommend this place and visit again. Teresa definitely deserves appreciation and 5
Probably the best experience I have ever had at a salon! I was travelling from out of the area for a wedding and looking for somewhere to do my hair and make up. After reading many reviews I took the chance on this salon and they surpassed all my expectations. Hair Stylist Hannah did my hair, beyond amazing and exactly what I wanted. I then sat down with Trina for makeup who did a great neutral look, again exactly what I was looking for. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and just wanted to ensure you enjoyed your time at their establishment. I would highly recommend this salon, I am even considering making the trip out to Guelph for all my hair needs!
Should have left this review back in February as I am still dealing with a hack job I received from Theresa. My hair was very long half way down my back with long layers and I asked to have the layers cleaned up and debulk with thinning shears. I wound up with a mullet with some of my shortest layers being ear length! I went back the next day to have my cut evaluated and express my concern. The same stylist admitted to the mistake but also had her back up about how she is trying to fix it. Also hoping I’d give her another chance but did not want the owner I assume to look at my cut fearing it may be cut too short to correct it. Against my better judgment I allowed her to try and blend it as best as possible but it was still a mullet with a beaver tail. Awful. I went to another salon a week later and they were shocked and wanted to know who cut my hair like this and also were in disbelief when they saw my before pic. I had to get it cut twice since to allow the shorter layers to catch up and it’s always full of tangles. Posting a pic of the next day after the cut…
Holly and her team are so knowledgeable. David has a mastery in colour! Becky his protoge is outstanding! I have had my hair coloured by both and cut and shaped by Holly. The team is outstanding! The have taken my salt and pepper hair and created beautiful warm tones throughout ! Thank you!
I had a lovely and relaxing pedicure this afternoon with Jenica. My feet feel smooth and my nails look beautiful. Jenica was attentive and professional. I highly recommend a pedicure at Fresh Salon and Spa! Time and money well spent.
