DONT GO THERE FOR COLOR UNLESS YOU LOVE SUBSTANDARD!!!!
I asked for an ombré look and was told a stylist could do it, with a trainer's help.
When I got there, the trainer was there for the first 5 minutes, but not once did she come back to consult the woman who was doing my hair (an ombré color like one she admittedly had never done before). I assumed the "trainer" would be there along the way to guide her. I showed them SEVERAL photos of what I wanted. What a JOKE. It looks NOTHING like ANY OF THE PHOTOS.
I left looking 10-20 years older with frosted hair, and feeling SO UGLY AND EMBARRESSED. I don't even know how to "fix" this. My blonde hair is now GRAY!!!!!!!!! She even asked to curl and make my hair full of body after I told her that I hate body and love stick straight hair (at this point I couldn't even give a sh&$). And then asked to take pictures of the back of my hair so you can show people your first time doing this? Humiliating. You have to realize that sometimes, people are too nice to say no. I look like a 50 year old from the 70's (no offense, but my mom had this look in the 70's). I had already clearly communicated what I liked and didn't like 🙄 You did NOT deliver what your customer requested. Period. You should have noticed this train wreck of a color job.....
I worked at Aveda as a temp 25 years ago and my husband modeled for Aveda several times. I I really don't think that this salon fits the standards of an "Aveda" salon.
'A' for effort, but WHERE WAS THE TRAINER???? And if no one was qualified to do it, they should have just told me. Several hundreds of dollars later........grrrr. #so disappointed .......now I have to pay someone in Minneapolis fix this flipping mess. #failmichellekenric

Huge disappointment. I purchased a gift certificate for my girlfriend to get her hair styled and colored the way she has always wanted. First visit her hair turned green. The second visit her hair was orange. I was then told I would have to pay more to get her hair the blonde she wanted. The salon will say they want to resolve the problem for you, well it will cost you. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, I've seen headlines salon do it. And they cut homeless people's hair. Please go there.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend for the price and service provided. I booked the same service for both my sister and I; and while I'm glad she received what she did, I would think we would have the same services.
We had the express pedicure.
I received exactly what was advertised - the bare minimum, while my sister got a nice foot massage, lotion up to her knees and attention to detail such as having her put her sandals back on BEFORE polishing so they wouldn't smudge while drying.
We had them done at the same time, so one would think they'd be pretty identical. I'm not sure where the "Aveda" experience comes on this one, but there definitely wasn't anything fancy.

Awesome massage from Jill starting with a foot soak. Very nice clean modern would recommend
