Not the best place for office/back massage. I went there for "Office Massage" and the focus was hardly on my back. May be other massages be good but definitely not the office massage. The ambience was nice and the staff very friendly.
Nice location, nice staff, reasonable price I was traveling two months and feeling so exhausted. When I was walking around Prague, I saw their sign and I walked in. It was a really relaxed spa place and the staffs are so nice and always with smile. The price is reasonable and the Thai has good massage skill. I will recommend this place and I will come back of course!
A total Scam! They don’t care about people visiting. We booked a massage through a partner that had a discount for couples at this Spa. We call directly the spa to make sure our reservation was going to be available for the same day and they answer “yes”. Nevertheless as soon as we did the payment online they told us that they were already full… after 5 minutes. We explained that we were leaving the next day and that’s why we called them earlier, but they didn’t care. Our money is gone…
You always pay in advance! If you are sick there is no possibility to change your appointment or at least receive some part of the payment back. 700 czk , I would not say it is so lowcost… They said it possible to change the appointment/termin in advance of 48 hours, which is lie!!! You call them for many times - they will not pick up the phone, you send them a email - they call you back in 2 days later , when your appointment already overdue for 1 day. So looks like my 700 czk will not be compensated at all, even I did everything according to the rules… If you like to go there , be sure you will never get sick otherwise the only option you have - you can give this massage to your friend as a gift no money back. One way or another, your money will be lost! Per my understanding, if you call them to cancel/ postpone the appointment in advance of 48 hours, you should be fully compensated! It is not my fault they did not call me back. This is a violation of all the rules of the service industry…
NOT SUITABLE FOR TOURIST AND ENGLISH SPEAKERS. LEFT THE SPA UPSET AND ANGRY. Favour mature czech natives only…good massage BUT awful service/receptionist!! I had received the princess package as a present which entails welcome drink, body message, face scrub, manicure 30 mins and aroma therapy foot bath followed by another drink. I have tried to book this appointment over the phone several times, but they only spoke czech so they would refer me to another number where they spoke English. This number would then tell me that they are in charge of their spa branch in a different location, so would refer me back to the same number. Had to go there in person 2 weeks before the expiration date to book an appointment. Explained it to the receptionist at the time and she was surprised I couldn’t book it over the phone, I then asked her if it was possible to book at a later date past the expiration and she said that was most certainly fine! So booked 2 months In advance. I even saw her type up all the things required for my appointment onto her excel spreadsheet. I had finally went and after I had my massage which I am dedicating my 1 star towards I was told to sit and drink my tea multiple times. I wanted to double check if my aroma bath was ready but they kept on telling me to drink my tea. I saw that they were accommodating towards the other customers there and I saw them getting their services before me. I felt like ignored as I declined buying a future promotion package whilst I saw other customers falling for the trap. An hour had passed by so I went up to the receptionist when they were done dealing with their other ‘loyal’ customers and asked if my aroma bath was ready? She was shocked that I had been waiting all this time and told me that my manicure and aroma bath was denied since I had booked this package after the expiration date. I then had to explain to her the situation, and how I was told it was okay when booking. After a good fight I was allowed to have an aroma bath which I could have done easily in the comfort of my own home. Very disappointing, left the spa less relaxed than before coming in :

Had my first every massage experience here chose the "Royal" one and it was totally amazing and worth it! Definitely recommend :
I would not go there again... Smell of moist in the room. My masseuse does not speak English or Czech. Gap in communication otherwise good massage.
The service was excellent. I availed foot massage service and she was very good with her service. Staff was friendly. The only problem I faced was in finding the way to first floor. At the ground floor level, no one knew the way to first floor and I was going around the building finding my way. After much struggle, I could reach.
