Our local stop for crafting items. Today I was looking for buttons and their stock was really low. I had only two options. Shelves are tidy and staff were friendly and helpful. I don’t love the auto checkout and always try to get a worker to scan my purchases - better for the economy.
Shout out to Ashley in the framing department! Her customer service was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us with our framing needs. Michaels is lucky to have employees like Ashley!
Excellent service Staff are very knowledgeable place is very clean and lots of crafts. Lots of favorite brands for the crafts in you. Wheelchair accessible and parking for everyone
Michales is great place for crafting and handmade art.It has everything you need.
Beware of overcharge for fabric cuts. I wanted to buy a piece of end cut fabric that was only 1.70m long. But the retail rep, Maddie, insisted that she must charge me for 1.75m. because the machine does not work like that. I insisted that it was not right, why am I charged for fabric that I did not get? The manager came and told her to just put in 1.70m and reluctantly she said ok. but Maddie not only did not apologize but she punched in the machine and charged me for 1.71m. She had to overcharged me for her own ego, which she did not tell me either and just gave me the bar code to pay. I did not find out until I paid at the register. Scam. Buyers beware!!!
