They canceled my order a couple of hours after I placed the order. And they didn’t give me any notice of the cancellation. One of the staff didn’t give me any support to find the product. Another lady was nice, she helped me look through the system and found it’s been canceled two hours after I placed the order. However, they couldn’t fix the problem. After a week of waiting, my kids and I got nothing but disappointment.

I think Michaels is THE to go place if you are an artist in Vancouver!nI am a jeweller and painter and I find both of my supply needs there.nThe store is well-organized, make shopping faster!nIn addition, I think the prices was better than other places I’ve visited so far
Good selection of craft supplies, paint etc.Halloween, Christmas Decor. Staff was quite helpful. Wasn't crazy about all the self checkout stations. Coupons wouldn't scan properly, we needed to call for help a few times. Otherwise a great store!!
Employees are useless. Sign clearly said buy 1 get 1 50% off. It was literally $5 and they argued with me saying it wasn’t valid. Poor customer service. Might as well buy online.
