They've removed ALL cashier's in favour of self checkouts, which is a very odd idea at a store mainly servicing older folks who had a really hard time with it.nnLots of selection, but as usual EXTREMELY overpriced compared to anywhere else. Staff is usually very helpful, but lately they just seem to not care or know anything.

Walking into this store always makes me smile! I found some great gifts at a low price thanks to the 40% off coupon. It had been some time since I had been there, and I noticed they had self check out machines. They weren't scanning discount coupon, so I had to have someone check me out.
I went to this location today to get flowers for my wedding and I had an awesome experience with Neveah Routhier. She was a great help and extremely friendly. I will definitely be going back to this location.
Another disappointment to find all cash registers are self service. I guess I might as well have just shopped online and have curbside pickup at least then you get to see staff. If they aren't on cash they were most definitely not on the sales floor to assist as I had to ask another customer for assistance to item from upper shelf. Corporate greed and not paying for staff.I Used to love to shop for the customer service but it is becoming non-existent every where you go. Bye bye Michael's you have lost my interest to come shop instore anymore and it will definitely decrease the amount I spend as I am a visual shopper so my purchases will be much less online.
