Why are the bus driver's like this nowadays? For me in the maps the bus No. 12 from Westmount at Victoria towards Block Line was scheduled at 9:38am, I came at the stop at 9:37am and then I was running to the bus stop and even I waived my hand that please stop stop I am coming but she just looked at me and driver off. He was a white male, bald headed. BRO PLEASE WAIT IF THE PERSON IS AROUND THE CORNER AND TO BE PRECISE IT WAD JUST 40 STEPS TO BE PRECISE. Now I am gonna be late for my class. What's the problem man
Very helpful staff and I didn’t experience a wait when I visited. I’ve also had past help recovering a lost ring! Reliable support I appreciate being able to count on.
I spoke to customer support after a misunderstanding this morning about my card I purchased at the vending machine. They corrected everything. It's all good. Thanks very much to GRT customer support.
Absolutely love GRT, as a student this system has been invaluable. I can easily get all over the city, the buses are generally on time, and the drivers are friendly. It really makes my morning when they say hello back!
0 stars would be betternI'm getting tired of this new grand River transit bull *?&$nI got to fight with bus drivers to get down to the office in downtown Kitchener. I live in North Waterloo....nI had to figure out why $20 was not added to my pass but was taken from my account.nI had to argue with security just to get down town to the only office they have. Taking 3 hours out of my day.nThank god I'm not working at the moment or this would have been a much bigger issue.nThis system isn't working well here at all.
