Does my hair just fine, Michael's very friendly, cheap for men's hair cut

I've been here twice, the first time he gave me an amazing cut but the next time he wouldn't stop trimming the top even though i said just take half an inch off, it's like what i read in another review, just don't ask him to trim the top, ask for a touch up instead. overall I'd still recommend him. nice guy.
