Jazma Hair Salon

I typically come to Jazma to pick up several of their Kerasoft hair products particularly their moisturizing spray 'Quench' which is one of the best moisturizing sprays I've used so far. Smells great but does a wonderful job of keeping my hair soft and supple. Their staff is really friendly and approachable and have remained so throughout the years I've frequented this location. Keep up the great work and stay safe!

This place is amazing! They took my daughter's hair and transformed it from beastly to beautiful. Living in a small town we've had a few bad curly haircuts. The experience and expert advice the staff at Jazma's bestows upon their clients, is priceless. Worth the the drive for anyone who can not find what the need in theory own cities or towns.

Unreal how lovely their staff is. I learned a ton about my hair and I consider myself someone who is very invested in proper hair care; their expertise is clear. The owner is incredibly lovely as well. I will basically never go anywhere else, they took great care of my hair during the relaxer process and gave me lots of great advice for ongoing maintenance.

Excellent customer service, Claudette and Sue did an amazing job with my daughters hair. My daughter has curly hair which became very tangled and knotted after being in a swimming pool. The information on how to take better care of my daughters curly hair was great! The salon is small but we'll laid out and very clean.

The staff at Jazma are divine - Zak, Suze and Claudette are experts, kind and make you feel like a million bucks. Zak and Suze are both extremely thoughtful and detail oriented hair artists - I trust them with curls, blow outs, colour and everything in between. Suze's knowledge and passion for natural hair care is clear. On the other hand, the owner of Jazma, Asha, is unhinged and a tyrant. I've been going to Jazma for 10+ years and I wish I could say Jazma was great. When the staff are running Jazma clients get high-end and personally tailored hair care that makes Black women feel their best. However, when Asha is frantically running around barking passive aggressive orders at her staff and throwing tantrums she makes everyone uncomfortable. I hope the work environment improves for staff and for the customers who pay to go to the salon to relax and self-care. I also hope Asha gets the mental health support she needs to be a calm, fair and balanced manager - maybe she's been stressed out for the last couple of years that her behvaiour has been this way since maybe 2015-ish I saw, but at some point we have to take accountability for our own energy and impact.Services: Hairstyling

I came here with a huge postpartum hair loss problem and chunks of my long, thick, curly hair was falling out daily. I wanted to do something drastic, so I decided to cut my hair really short. I had no clue what style I wanted or what would look best for my hair shape. Asha, the owner, took me in and coached me through the process. She really took care of me and made me feel like I was getting the best. Susan, the colourist, added some colour to my hair. Through the whole process she was making me laugh and made me feel comfortable. I have NEVER left a hair salon feeling this satisfied and beautiful. And this is a lot since I went through a dramatic hair change. Thank you team Jazma for making me feel so good throughout the process and most importantly, when leaving your salon.

My gf went here and they used harsh chemicals. They didn't inform her of the nature of the chemicals. She was naive and trusting. It severely damaged her hair and has not been the same since. She regrets it every day. They were shady and evasive and didn't take ownership of the damage they did.Service: Curly hair

I have loved going to Jazma for over 10 years. Asha's hair cuts are amazing - she is a true artist. My scalp is extremely sensitive but I never have to worry about being burnt. Their hair products are fantastic. It's a luxurious, professional salon and getting your hair done there is a gorgeous experience.
