Probably the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Waited 45 minutes for one lunch, then another 20 minutes for our second lunch. We couldn't get the waitress to look our way and she didn't check on our problem. When the other half of our lunch came, she told us the owner would come to offer an apology. Waited another 10 minutes. No show. We paid our bill, but should not have. I would like to see them be successful, but I can't go back. Good luck. you are going to have to kick it up a few notches.

I received a recommendation from a friend on Mia and Grace's as 'nice place to take a friend'. I had a second date there making a reservation ahead of time, on the same day. We were both blown away, by the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I don't know how they could have been able to tell when I made the reservation that it was for a date, but we were given a table for two toward the back of the establishment. It was absolutely perfect.
The had an appetizer, entrees, desserts, and home made soda drinks. All were absolutely fantastic. The service was fantastic. The only catch I felt was they do not sell spirits, but the food and atmosphere completely overpowered this. We asked the staff for a suggestion of where to go afterwards for cocktails. The artwork on display is beautiful as well.
All around a fabulous place. Will definitely be a return customer, and will bring our friends.

The food has always been great. Fresh ingredients, tasty dishes, and amazing coffee. My only beef has been with the staff. Maybe I'm just unlucky but the past two times I have been in, the server has been lackluster and I am usually VERY UNDERSTANDING having waiting tables all through college. The last time I was in, our waiter took 15 minutes to bring us our check (after being nonexistent throughout the meal). He was busy talking about personal things with the table next to us for 5-10 minutes straight and then he vanished. He completely forgot about us and they weren't that busy. I had to go up front and ask what happened to him. The time before, the waiter wouldn't allow us to order the "flattened chicken" for lunch, which is my coworker's favorite dish. He wasn't apologetic about it at all. He just said the "cook doesn't like making it for lunch so you'll have to order something else." Funny, we have ordered it before for lunch. If this is a policy, it shouldn't be on the menu at lunchtime. Things like this unfortunately ruin what should be an amazing dining experience. I love this place but I just wish they could find good, consistent help.

Stopped here for lunch with my wife and we weren't very impressed. Prices were quite high so our expectations were as well.
Ordered a grass-fed burger (10$, no fries) medium and it arrived almost well done. I pointed it out to the waiter and he actually tried to say it wasn't overcooked (I spent 10 years in kitchens before I earned a college education). The waiter then proceeded to tell me that it was just a "line cook" working the grill. I was polite, and didn't insist on a refund (and wasn't offered anything), I just wanted them to know that the temperature was off so they could try to correct the problem.
Also ordered the pork belly reuben ($12). This was more greasy than almost anything I have ever eaten, but to be fair, the waiter did warn me. I like really rich foods so I tried it, but probably won't do that again. It was so greasy and messy that I had to use a fork.... there was no picking that beast up.
I might try this place again, because I like their focus on local and slow foods. I also like that the dining room is unpretentious but man did the food disappoint!
