I went to Cold Stone in September 2017. I was very disappointed with my experience. The Cold Stone area (separate from Tim Horton) was dirty with boxes, containers, spilled ice cream, and toppings. The area simply looked like it hadn't been used in a while. The employees seemed to have an attitude when we wanted to taste some of the ice cream flavors.The staff also did not know how to input a gift card in the register so we waited for over 20 minutes (the store was nearly empty). I emailed the owner of the store and shared my experience (as stated on the door of the store) and never got a response. Never again!

Love their selection...but they never have what they need to make it....out if bananas....out if berries...out of vanilla.....we now go to TCBY.

Ordered a cake online same day as pick up. Didn't have larger cake but made 2 smaller ones but ended up being more cake for the same price. Cakes tasted good.

going downhill...new people working and they have no idea what they are doing. After i got my founder's favorite ice cream home, I realized they didn't mix it enough and put waaay too much brownies in it.
