Rude and racist customer services , unprofessional and always angry, the prices are always wrong on the shelves and when you go to checkouts you get chocked with them!!!! There is a mistake in the price of rice because of them, and when I told them that I should take the rice at the price in front of me, they did not agree and were nervous and said that it is not our policy and they were racist in dealing with me.
Clean grocery store with decent selection. It wasn't too busy on a Sunday morning, no lines for the cashier. Staff are friendly as well.
Worst pizza I've ever had from any of the Metros in Mississauga. First I called the store to place an order only to learn the clerk was on break and told to call back in 10 mins. So from my car 10 mins later I called. Had a pleasant exchange of words with the pizza clerk . Had to alter my order because this location didn't carry grilled chicken which I was surprised by. Placed my altered order to ham bacon strips and onions...asked for extra cheese so it would stick. While discussing my order with said clerk asked to verify location. I asked for confirmation of Lakeshore and southdown store because I usually order from Sheridan mall but they ran out of cheese that day. She replied Lakeshore Metro. I then again said southdown? Because I am coming from square one area. She said yes. I had to stop and get gas so asked for a 20 min delay. Drove to the Lakeshore & Southfown location to look into a confused and bewildered face of some kid who didn't have my pizza and couldn't even confirm the number for the store. So I called the last number I called and explained my situation to customer service at Metro. They seemed surprised and understood my frustration. I was late for a friendly gathering and now I'm expected to come to cawthra for a pizza! She patched me through to the pizza person. When I told her that she misinformed me she insisted that she didn't and gave plenty of attitude. I was going to cancel at this point because I was disgusted by her behavior except I'm a person of integrity and people were expecting this pizza. I arrive. We locked eyes. No words were exchanged. I should have checked the pizza but if I had I would have probably thrown her sloppy work back into her face. The pizza was burnt and greasy on the bottom and had a big burn hole in the center. It was also cold! We tried to eat it but couldn't. Not fit for the composer! A wasted $15.00!
The Staff at the Port Credit location were amazing!nDavid from the grocery department went to look for the items I wanted,found them and had them put aside with my name at customer service!nVanessa at customer service was so helpful with signing me up for the new Moi points card!nVanessa from the Bakery department took my cake order and did an awesome job!nI was thrilled with the whole experience! 5 STARS nThank you everyone!nMary Ferlisi
I found a TOO GOOD TO GO bake goods at Metro. The store is much smaller than other metros. The Bake Goods had pretty good reviews, so I had high expectations. The value for money exceeded my expectations. The cheese bagels were especially good and I will be going to Metro for bagels in the near future.
