Dr. Fenton is exceptional (5-stars). A great doc and a good guy. Nurse staff is solid. Some of the other medical professionals are not as strong, and the best ones keep leaving for other opportunities...

Moved to Wayland last year and was assigned to Dr. Bessert. She took me off of ALL of my medicine without seeing me or even asking me if they worked for me and why I was perscribed them! Obviously they were working, I've been taking them for the past 6 years! She said she didn't like this...didn't like that (her personal opinion) so my body when through a loop. Glad I am moving back down south, I will be getting my doctors back (you know, the ones who have been in the medical field for over 45 years and know what the hell they're doing). The positives...nice office staff and short wait time.

My daughter was seen for a follow-up of “uncontrolled asthma”. Autumn changed her inhalers then scheduled a pulmonary function test and did a blood allergy test. My daughter received a phone call a few days later telling her that she was allergic to everything they tested her for, and in their own words, “the list is too long to tell you everything”. The pulmonary function test results showed that she doesn’t even have asthma! I love Dr. Fenton but the rest of the staff including other physicians are sketchy at best. They don’t listen to their patients and just seem to jump to the easiest diagnosis instead of actually trying to get to the root of the problem. We have been seen at Metro Wayland for about 15 years and the last year things have really declined here. They seem to only care about getting you in and out quickly and prescribe as much medication and do as much testing as possible. We will be looking for a new doctor’s office.

Great office but communication sucks horribly. They return calls around 4:30-4:40 then shut their phone off at 4:45. Called when they open at 8, was told to call later because they couldn’t take my call. If this office was more customer friendly with communication this would be a five star office, but the communication is so horrible only one star

Lazy not caring attentive or compassionate. Will not advocate for your health or well being.
